Phi Sig: Pros: Newest chapter and have a brand new house, a huge amount of sisters, sisters wear letters a lot and you see them often. Cons: Their sisterhood isn't as strong because they're so new but they will find their way. They also had to do Spring Recruitment this year. Panhel head of UNH was in phi sig so they get a little help there. Overall: Brand new girls with not much a presence, the next 3-5 years will really define them and their entire reputation at UNH but it will be hard to join the upper ranks.
