They basically can't do anything until December of 2014. 100% of active chapter needs to attend some event. 75% need to show up to some other event Their nationals are also sending someone over to interview all the brothers and decide which get kicked off. Last time this happened it was ATO and they ended up with only 3 people are on their active list. They are also on like a probation kind of thing until 2017, that if they get caught with any alcohol related incident they are done.
