Some girls are going to hate me for this... but honestly if you don’t like how recruitment is going just drop out . Just do COB/informal recruitment. It’s so much more laid back and you aren’t forced to go anywhere you don’t want to. And if you drop after bid day you have to sit out a year! I’ve seen girls that were left with “bottom tier” chapters get informal bids to mid and top tier chapters. Gamma Chis always emphasize that “not every chapter does COB “ and it’s a risk but these past few years have had lower turnouts than when I rushed so at least half the chapters will probably be able to squeeze in a few girls post recruitment . That’s just my spill from my active years lol enjoy ladies !
