1. Pike-Great Brotherhood, Best parties, Most popular and well known on campus and involved around school. 2. AEpi- Good brother and throw some fun parties, also pretty popular around school but do not have an actual house 3. Theta Chi- Nice house located in the center of campus. Pretty good parties and popular to GDI's more than greeks. 4.Sig Ep-Used to be competing with Pike as the top house on campus but they lost their house and now have a small house. Many brothers disaffiliated after losing the house but still have a solid brotherhood and some pretty fun parties. 5. Kappa Sigma- New to school and relatively small but have some cool kids and know how to have fun. Got in trouble for drunk driving which wasn't the best thing for a new chapter or intelligent at all. 6. Phi Sig-Alpha chapter of the fraternity who is decent and throws pretty solid parties, house has very good location right next to Theta Chi in middle of school. 7. ZBT-Smaller but somewhat popular fraternity at UMass. Knows how to have fun and has some cool kids.
