lmao i thought i was the only one who saw that Phi Delt threw parties without saying its them, the music was actually solid at one of their parties last sem and the basement is pretty damn big. RIP 🙏🏻 i also didn’t know Delta Sig was in UMass im guessing they are slowly just dying. It’s crazy how this is such a big school with such a small greek life influence. The top houses have great parties but the smaller ones are just all dying. I think Pike’s presence def skewed things. Fake frat with no house taking 100 kids was not good for the overall scene. 50 ish would have been fine but God did they go overboard. Most of those kids don't even remotely know each other. They’ll be good once they get a house, but God knows when that is lmao cause ASig isn’t letting go of theirs. I understand many kids don’t need to be in a frat here because of how many open parties & 18+ bars there are, but it would be great to see Greek Life flourish some more. IFC only posted 11 houses for rush this semester which is crazy lol
