How did Pike get 120 new founding members? do they have a house - and selling that to kids - was aplus? what are the vibes on campus - for a new frat - w no previous history at Umass to start a new group? giving Pike major props here.. just wondering how they did it - and could a new group be as successful? or did they have some history - that gives them a unique advantage/opportunity.
