that’s a really good breakdown of each frat some things I would add however -pike is coming in fall 24 it is guaranteed they will get back their house meaning a sig has no where to go - sig ep used to have a lettered house and was on pair with phi sig and pi kap until they lost their house -sig ep was on the rise for a while until they lost the momentum now they’re trying to survive -
