Mid Houses ASig - UMass resident “animal house”. They throw the most and have become one of the better party house and have a good amount of brothers Cons - parties are the only thing going for them and they’re at serious risk of losing their house soon which may cause them to die out SigChi - Quality guys. pretty well known and respected across campus and greek life even considering they don’t have a lettered house parties are alright Cons - no lettered house and next to a sig TKE - super up and coming with a lot of satellite houses and good recruitment every semester. Throw decent parties consistently and brothers are pretty close. Mixed bag of guys so it’s not just talking to 20 versions of the same guy. Con’s- no lettered house and a little less respected than previous mentioned frats DChi - well located well established a lot like tke but pretty stagnant where they are. A little more selective cons, one good satilite and have been pretty stagnant for a bit Sig Ep - Smart and quality guys and believe it or not one of the oldest chapters on campus. hit a rough patch from what i’ve heard but they’re rebuilding so if you wanna get in on building something back up they’re your people cons - far away satilite and have been in decline for the last couple semesters.
