Better sorority relations than anyone on campus (They are miles ahead of everyone in terms of relations, and I'm not a Theta), better philanthropy, better parties, best house for socials on campus, do a lot with their house compared to some of the other frats on campus with nice houses (i.e Pi Kap, Phi Sig, Kappa Sig). It's mainly in the fact that they have super solid sorority relations, which is what most people look at.
