For sure. Out of the good ones, Alpha Sig comes to mind. Compared to something like Theta Chi, which charges $2k+ a semester (Which is actually mid-tier compared to what you would be charged at Big10 schools, but way higher than most charge here), Alpha Sig, from what I've heard, charges a fraction of that. Pi Kappa Phi doesn't charge too much, and Phi Sig is sorta mid tier. But Alpha Sig is definitely the cheapest on campus (Although that does not translate to bad quality).
