So I'm an incoming freshman and I'm open to the idea of joining a fraternity. I've heard that there is a ton of pros of joining one such as connections for employment, improved social life in college, and most importantly the brotherhood. I had a close knit group of guys back in high school and I really want that camaraderie going into college. Since I have no clue what greek life is like at UMass, I was wondering if you guys can recommend a few so I could rush them in the fall? Anyways, here are some things about me - Big Nerd. Love gaming, super heros, cartoons (not anime tho), memes (ugandan knuckles, my spaghet etc..) and movies. Not sure if being political counts too but I'm that as well. - I'm not that much of a jock. I do play pick up bball at the gym, bodybuild and follow sports a ton. - Def not a douche (saying that in the least offensive way possible) but I do like to party, drink, and smoke. - I'm wicked silly once I show my true colors. I don't care if the fraternity I join is considered a 'bottom tier' frat. I want to join an organization full of like mind people who I can vibe with. Thanks to everyone in advance and I'll hopefully see everyone in the fall :)
