Bottom: 8. ZBT- A diminishing fraternity that tries to make a presence. These guys would need to make a greater effort if they want to take a step up. They keep acquiring/losing different houses each and every semester so no one really keeps up with where they are located. Sororities rarely mix with them, but they do throw some parties. 9. Sig Ep- Still going hard with the little amount of brothers they have left. Not too long ago, they used to be one of the top on campus. Will probably be gone within a few years though. 10. Delta Chi- A small fraternity that has been here for a while. No real sign of growth or improvement, and their party houses seem to always be sketchy. People still go though, and they do a good job of letting everyone in. Sorority relations is at the very minimum for an active fraternity at UMass. Might be gone very soon if nothing changes. 11. AXP- Made a great effort to start and maintain a new chapter at UMass. Too many disagreements and lack of effort afterwards which lead to failure. Will not exist in a semester if I were to guess. 12. FIJI/ADP/Sammy- Basically non-existent.
