Agree with top houses, and there is definitely a middle tier with 5 houses and a bottom tier with the remaining three. Hard to rank the top and middle five in any order bc they all have strengths and weaknesses that most will not agree on. In all, KU is pretty lucky to have 10 or so pretty good houses.
