All frats have douchebags. Some more than others. Stay away from Sigma nu for sure. SAE is dry, if that's your thing. Don't know much about Phi psi but Delta Chi are some of my favorites but they haze hard. Delta Tau Delta has a lot of ROTC guys and are considered really hot. Pi Kapp has a lot of douchebags too.
