Pledge Classes from this year alone: SK Pi Phi DDD Kappa DG Theta G Phi Chi O AXO AGD KD ADPi I though SK had a great new pledge class, but I didn't really see Pi Phi's so I was unsure. DDD had a really good retention rate this year and KD had the worst, I heard AGD's retention rate was higher.
