A multi day recruitment where there is mutual selection requires that PNMs who sign up for it are being judged on their resume, transcript, recs, and a few short meetings. It is up to the girl to make sure houses know her story if she is not a typical PNM. Your rant seems more appropriate as a rant against recruitment itself.
