Your comment makes no sense. If, as you say, their houses are basically full before recruitment starts, why would they, as you say, try to self rank based on past reputation. You see, you've just written a paradox. If they don't need to recruit, they don't need to self rank. And if they do need to self rank, they would need to be attracting additional girls.
