Recruitment is a situation where young women have just a week to make a lifelong membership decision. It can be really overwhelming! There is really no great way to fully prepare for it. Like others have said, go with your gut...you will know where you feel comfortable and which women you connect with most. All chapters on all campuses are looking for women with strong academics, involvement, an interest in philanthropy/community service, leadership skills and good social skills. Our letters are different, but really, all sororities are extremely similar in values and expectations of members.
