Do sophomores have good chances of getting bids if they go through formal recruitment? I went through recruitment this past fall, and ended up dropping (heard this could hurt my chances). My sister was in a chapter here and told me its really hard for sophomores to get bids. I didn't really ask her why or anything. Is that true, and if so, why?
