not sure about DZ specifically, but Alpha Phi had some sort of behavioral issue that got them booted off campus and KD uses that house now. AGD was shut down due to low numbers, and a frat owns the house now. When a house is inactive it essentially means it doesn’t exist anymore on KU’s campus. It’s possible for them to recolonize in the future, but a sorority with no house (or a small property) wouldn’t do well at all, after what happened with SDT.
