Actually on October 3, 2018 Pi Beta Phi was sanctioned for violating Section VI E: Organizational Responsibility and Section VI A.9: Hazing. The “WARNING” they received ended on October 4, 2019. Looks like the Office of Student Conduct doesn’t actually care much about stopping hazing activities since they only got a warning. I’m tired of the university not taking Hazing seriously. If you want to fact check me visit the KU Student Conduct Website and then the 2018-2019 Organizational Conduct Status Report. It’s public for all to see. They weren’t the only chapter... Alpha Chi Omega was given a warning that year as well. Disappointing KU.
