I almost feel one of the benefits to having a virtual recruitment is getting a better feel for yourself about what each house is like, without any influence from outside sources. Focus on the conversations, and how you feel afterwards. Did you feel like you had to act a certain way, or did you feel comfortable and relaxed? Also take notice of the houses that genuinely take interest in wanting to get to know you. Like the person above said, take a look at Instagram and “stalk” some of the girls to get an idea of the people they recruit. Also do your own research regarding each chapter’s philanthropy, campus involvement, awards, etc.
