That's great, so is Theta, but one small factor doesn’t change a system. Are we talking about implicit bias, code switching, matching women due to “likeness” of skin color or size? Are we making the 10 other houses not ADA accessible more accessible outside of just recruitment? Are we amending bylaws to include people who identify as women? It is a little more than taking away a status but glad its a start.
