Many campuses went to deferred recruitment (Spring Semester) just for this reason. A PNM has a bad recruitment, thinks her life is over and wants to transfer. Deferred recruitment allows the PNM to establish a solid existence and keep her on campus. OP, your life is not over, go to class, study hard, get good grades, get involved and meet a lot of people.
