Oh my god hahahahhaha. Ok Sigma Kappa is barely even middle tier.... Top tier after this year is: KKG, GPB, XO, PBP, KAT. I highly doubt anyone will have a differing opinion unless they're bitter about being cut. These five houses are undoubtedly the top tier. Will be for awhile. I literally have nothing bad to say about any of them. Sure, there are a few bad apples in each house, but overall, these ladies are the best of the best at KU.
