The number of PNM’s in the Recruitment process at Pref round divided by the number of chapters equals Quota. Every chapter can take that number of PNM’s as new Members. There are very few PNM’s who are dropped by the process...many who “drop” decide to quit because they don’t get invited back to specific top tier houses. If you keep an open mind, odds are very good that you will get a bid!
