I was out of state and was dropped from all the "top" houses even though I have the whole package, looks, involvement, grades, etc. During rounds it was easy to tell they were just going through the motions. Most of these houses already have their pledge class picked before rush starts. I ended up in a "middle" house and love it. I have made true friends with some of the nicest girls that their only crime was they weren't from JOCO. Never regretted it for even one day.
