Pike - A really large group of guys who have some really fun events and are good across all sports. Definitely look here if you are looking for a bigger fraternity and interested in playing sports but don't want to commit to a club team and just want to play for fun. DSig - Slightly smaller than Pike but have some really good events. Look here if you want to find a smaller group of within the fraternity as DSig has a really big representation of a lot of different hobbies and interests. FIJI - Really nice house and great location. They tend to stick to themselves so if you really want to make Virginia Tech smaller this could be the perfect fit for you as you will find a group of guys that you will be friends with for all four years with some good traditions that they do every year. CC - another group that tends to stick to themselves but have some really cool guys and really fun events. Their staple events are some of the most famous at Tech and have succeeded off campus. TKE - Little farther out (location wise) and definitely growing over the past few years. They have been one of the fraternities that have really tried to break down the walls of fraternity rivalries and host a good amount of events with other fraternities and always do a really good job in philanthropy events. Beta - Really nice group of guys who have been growing since they got off suspension. Have had some good pledge classes but their events can be kind of repetitive. Also compete with the best in athletics and have hosted some events with some other fraternities for tailgates and parties. GC - just recently went off campus but have held together really well. Kind of like Dsig they have a bunch of different interests and groups that are represented within their fraternity and are well liked by most people across campus. Every fraternity has something different to offer but these are some just general descriptions of what you can expect from some of the bigger names
