If you see on any post that pi lam is tier 2 or phi psi they are NOT. In order to be tier 2 or above frats need to have socials with the top 4 sororities (KD/DG/APHI/DDD). Pi Lam does not have socials with a SINGLE one of these. A frat works it’s way up to the top by having good parties and good sorority relations. Frats like Pike are top because they have good sorority relations. Phi Psi also does not have socials with the top 4.
