Yes, if you signed the MRABA card and accepted a bid today but drop before initiation, you are not eligible for informal recruitment. You have to wait 365 days to go through recruitment again. If you do drop, do it before big sister/ little sister stuff starts. It would be super uncool to do that to your potential big sister.
