If you only put one of your two houses on your bid card (suicide), you are ineligible for a bid through quota additions and snap bids. I wanted to add that if you don’t get a bid from the one house you listed, then you are released from recruitment and can do informal. If you were only invited to one pref party, put that house on your bid card, and sign the MRABA, you will get a bid to that house. This is different than suiciding.
