1. Quotas are DIFFERENT for each chapter!! 2. Informal happens when a chapter doesn’t meet quota, which isn’t always due to recruitment. It can be if a lot of people graduated, people dropped, or just there are less girls in it than other chapters. 3. IT HAS NO REFLECTION ON HOW “GOOD” A CHAPTER IS Also the ranks on this site are BS because I saw what all the PNMs rank after rounds and their lists are in all kinds of different orders.
