i honestly dont know why pi phi is lower teir. im not in this sorority but i know a lot of girls who are and they're actually prett and really funny. these girls arent fake which is a relief compared to the typical soroity girl and most of the girls absolutely love pi phi. they have a good sisterhood and are really funny and close. so stop hating on pi phi and give them a chance because im not a pi phi and i still think these girls are awesome
