Hey just a message to PNMs, this following stream of words was a reply I made on a discussion post asking about which sororities are on probation (because there are a lot) and I thought I would share it here: Honestly if your concern is about social probation rather than basing your decisions on the women you met during recruitment rounds, maybe you should rethink the things important to you. Recruitment women across Oak Lane have taken time out of their own breaks as well, just as you, to show pnms what their chapter stands for. They don’t spend hours and hours setting up and practicing so they can tell you about their “festive” activities, but the core values which tie them together and make then unique from other chapters. All sororities on probation can still participate in all philanthropic events; so whether a sorority is on probation or not should not sway your opinion unless youre looking for superficial value and are not interested in community service/sisterhood/etc.
