Well first you didn't get a bid yet so you're not fully in. Nonetheless like what others said, if you feel like you can fit in better with one of the two, then join them sooner than later. If you're hesistant than you can always wait but across the board most frats in terms of structure aren't very different from each other, only the environment and character of the people change.
