obviously quantity does matter, if your sorority sucks you'll constantly get small pledge classes, therefore you won't be that big. No offense, but chio is mid-tier here, and if they were like that nationwide they wouldn't be the most populated sorority. Same with KKG, PiPhi, and APhi is a good example also, one of the most popular ones nationwide and one of the top here,had a full pledge class
