Alpha Phi and DG is coming back and they were one of the top tier before getting suspended. They'll be back on top. Theta was only top tier this past Fall because Aphi was the only top tier left standing for recruitment after Kappa DZ and DG were kicked off, theta was mid tier and moved up. Aphi was bottom at best for F13 and even they did ok for F14.
