You can contact the organizations via their websites or their president or typically if you know members of an organization you would like to rush just let them know and they will contact the recruitment chair of their perspective organization. Most likely aephi theta and pi phi will hold informal recruitment. It's worth a shot to contact all of the organizations though. It just all depends on how many current members each organization has in relation to the university's quota. Usually they are invite only, so reach out to the chapters that way they get to know you.
