The top two are Pike and Kappa Sigg, as far as which one is "better" is kind of personal. Next level is AEPhi and TKE. AEPhi is probably higher than TKE. Those are basically the only four that matter, to be honest. Other than that you have, sort of in order, ZBT, ADP, Fiji, Beta, and AKL.
