I'm not in these organizations but I am in greek life and have friends in both sororities. As far as rushing goes - you rush all sororities and each one in the same way (go to their parties, talk to them) As far as getting a bid goes, it really depends on your personality as well as the personality of the girl you're talking to. if you guys click well, you're likely to get called back the next day (not always the case though), and even when you dont necessarily think you clicked, they may see something that they like in you regardless and you can get called back the next day (again, not always the case). if you don't get called back, you're not getting a bid. i will say it always helps if you have a good resume (decent GPA, a few extracurriculars to show you're well-rounded and want to get involved) and dressing cute never hurts to help you stand out and show you made an effort! rushing will probably be a little more competitive this year due to the fact that there might be less sororities able to rush (KKG banned, DZ and DG still suspended), plus a lot of girls are rushing. however don't be discouraged, be yourself, and here's an article that i used for help last year when i rushed as a transfer! www.hercampus.com/school/u-conn/how-it-works-uconn-sorority-recruitment
