If you could I'd do Alpha Phi or Theta. Both are well established and well ranked, and also on the rise. For future rushees I'd say go AXO because they'll definitely be up high as they make their mark. Gamma Phi isn't bad but they're known to be really unpanhellenic. I do however know a few really nice ones so just judge for yourself.
