Greek life at uconn is very bad, basically on its way out. That being said, the school doesn’t allow orgs to “own” any houses (except for the ville if you want to count that). “Duck house” and any house where you go to a party/darty is merely a rental, with the exception of the dime. Therefore, no they won’t necessarily lose duck house. Frats only lose party houses if the landlord kicks them out, another group of people outbid them, or they fail to resign the lease.
