Sig Chi and SAE are the two best, in their own category socially/looks. SAE had better Seniors last year but Sig Chi has the best undergrads after that. Pike is a good fraternity cause they make the effort to be known but have no power socially, bar nights simply don't cut it. They are above Kappa Sig but only by a small margin. Kappa Sig seems to think they are top tier but the truth is they are middle tier at best. AEPI and ZBT round out the middle tier and each has their own good qualities (AEPI are a good group of guys) After that it drops off, although every fraternity seems to be getting better List: 1. Sig Chi (Top Tier) 2. SAE 3. Pike (Middle Tier) 4. Kappa Sig 5. AEPI 6. ZBT 7. From there it's up to your preference
