Hey I go to a private school in Texas where fraternities run the scene. However, finances aren't looking so good so I may have to transfer. My question is it easy for sophmores to rush first semester (idk how rush is at uconn). And also from my research it seems that off campus fraternities were all the good ones that got kicked. Are those fraternities even worth rushing?
