The way recruitment works is you get one bid from one sorority after a mutual selection process (there really is no "rush" process). I'll stress to you though, that you go into recruitment without preconceived notions as to which sorority you want to be in. You will end up where you belong, and from personal experience, I can promise you that (your RMT will emphasize this as well). Every sorority has something different to offer, so don't base your opinions on tiers listed on this website. Enjoy the recruitment process, get to know some amazing panhellenic women, and most importantly choose where you really feel you're meant to be :).
