This is so true, it is incredibly difficult to change tiers. Yes APhi was able to do it after MAJOR changes so that is what AXO would have to do to get anywhere out of the bottom. Theta, GPhi, and Kappa are all solid but not overly popular so if they want to move up they will need to start hanging out with the better frats and have a great PC next fall. I disaggre with one of the commentors who said that ChiO was getting better, personally I think they are sliding down the top tier with Pi Phi. Both of them are not as classy anymore and the fact that they had such a high drop rate this semester being top houses is not a good thing. DG and Aphi are staying pretty solid for right now but who knows where they will be in a couple years.
