I know this well, biased doesn't hide from realism. Top: Kappa Sig, Sig Nu, Phi Kappa Psi (All 3 have the best main houses) Upper Middle: Pi Kapp (lost main house, losing women) Sig Pi, Middle: SAE (dying) Chi Psi, Alpha Sigma, Phi Tau Lower: everything else. AEPi, ZBT, Sig ep, whatever The harsh reality is SAE and Pi Kapp no longer have the castles they once lived in. Most freshman won't be attracted to those fraternities in the future, so they really need to keep a strong pledge class. They were once top, still have top upperclassmen, but they are both dying slowly.
