I just finished recruitment as a sophomore transfer and I did find my home! But, I will say that it is more difficult as a sophomore. Firstly, because they base it off your college GPA rather than your high school one. Secondly, while everyone will be very nice to you and will make you feel welcome, some houses are just not in the market for sophomores. You cant take that really personally, there are just some houses that would rather not take sophomores if they don't have to (Sophomores mean a year less that you could give to the house, less dues and that you probably aren't going to be willing to live in the house). You should totally do it! It was an emotional roller coaster for me but it was also totally worth it. Just do like panhel says, trust the system.
