<strong>Subject:</strong><br />Why doesn’t Greek Rank understand how NPHC work?<br /><br /> Poster Message:
NPHC Greeks, primarily men and women of color function differently than NIC and NPC Greeks. They often establish themselves as directly connected to an institution or autonomous with equal membership rights, whether alumni or undergrads. I attended Purdue where we had a strong Black Greek presence and worked to develop stronger ties between our chapter and our black Greeks. It led to great social interaction and grew our chapter as men of color actively sought membership in our chapter. I would encourage other chapters to reach out and interact with our black Greek cousins!
