SIG PI, KSIG, PIKAPP, SAE These are the fraternities with the nicest houses and have substantially more money than the other greek organizations on campus. Many of them own their houses and unless they lose their charter will remain powerhouses at CU. The only group that can join this group is chi psi, but the way they have recruited no one is giving them the time of day.
